Yes Homework request need to be made by 9:00 a.m. on the day your student is absent.and will be available by 2:30 that afternoon. If you are not able to pick up your students homework by 3:30 p.m. it will be left on the counter in the front office of the high school. If you are not able to pick it up and wouild like to send it home with someone we will do out best to make that happen. I would need to know the students name and if they are in the High School or Middle school.

If you call the office on the same day your child is absent that will be an excused absence and no note is needed. If you forget to call the office on the same day of your student absence a note is required within 24 hour for abcenst to be excused.
What is the parent portal?
The parent portal is a great tool for parents and students. You are able to look at grades, lunch account, fees your child my owe, announcements that are read daily to the students, attendance, tardies and the students schedule. By clicking on the teachers name on the student schedule you are able to email the teacher with any questions you may have.
How do I get onto the parent portal?
We can connect you to the parent portal by calling the high school office at 573-486-5425 ext 1102 and let us know you would like to your password and login for the parent portal. We will send you the directions along with your log in to excess the parent portal with your student.
I forgot my password for the parent portal can you give it to me?
Click on the infinate campus link infinate campus Next to where it says login in click on the underlined words Problems logging in?. Enter your e-mail address and click on send reminder. Within a few seconds your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
I got my password and still can't get into the parent portal can you help me?
If you have tried 3 time the system will lock up and our tech deptaptment will have to un lock it for you. Please call the office at 573-486-5424 ext 1102 or send me an e mail at rzeiss@hermann.k12.mo.us and I will call the tech dept and ask them to reset it for you.
